Little League Baseball partners with various colleges around the country to bring College Softball Days to local communities.   This gives girls playing softball an opportunity to enjoy softball at the highest level currently offered.   Part of the program is bringing the college team and the local softball teams together on the field for clinics.

 

District 4 and Gordon College partnered for a College Softball Day October 14, 2006.   The Lady Highlanders from Gordon College and Coach Carter invited District 4 Softball girls to attend a double header against Chattahoochee Valley Community College and then participate in a softball clinic taught by the Lady Highlanders.  Our Softball girls had the opportunity to ask the Lady Highlanders questions as well as improve their softball skills.
