Interleague Play Forms
Those leagues who wish to establish Interleague games in one or more divisions with one or more leagues in District 4 must complete the following forms:
Interleague Play Application: This is an official Little League form. League Presidents usually sign these forms at our Winter President's meeting or at the Interleague Scheduling Meeting.
Community Profile - submit to Interleague Coordinator before the close of registration.
Baseball - Interleague Team Affidavit and Pitching Record- to be used for both home and interleague games
Softball - Interleague Team Affidavit and Pitching Record - to be used for both home and interleague games
Softball - Interleague Rules 2013 - Rookies, Minors, Majors, Seniors
