Starting Your Own Little League Program If you would like to start a Little League program in your area, contact linda@northptc.com.     The process is quite simple: You must have a boundary - separate and distinct from any chartered Little League (you cannot overlap boundaries) You must have a constitution - Little League provides a "model constitution" for potential leagues to fill out You must have a board of directors - this is your administrators of the program You must complete the Little League Charter Application If you are just looking at options for a baseball or softball affiliation, please contact linda@northptc.com and she will set up a meeting with you to discuss the opportunities that a Little League affiliation offers.     printer-friendly
