District 4 President's Manual The District 4 President's Manual is a reference tool for information, procedures, D4 forms, Little League forms, etc.  It's meant to be an all-inclusive reference manual.   It will be updated from time to time to reflect and include new information.  There are still some glitches in the "workings" of the manual - and those will hopefully be sorted out in the near future and fixed.   printer-friendly
